Every Knight Wolfe product comes with a 7 days money-back guarantee. It is our commitment that you will be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with one of our products that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 business days from the date your product was Delivered for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, wrapping, or other charges. The item must be returned unused, in good condition, in its original box and packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. Since most of our sales are made over telephone and through leads generated on Social media channels, or through our affiliate call centers, we encourage you to speak to our Customer service team for any issues in the product. Our customer service representatives are available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.

This policy does not apply to Knight Wolfe Membership and Gift Cards.

To return products please follow these simple steps:

  • The product must be in good condition
  • The product must have the original box and packaging
  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible
  • Enclose a copy of the product order with the item
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries

All return packages must be shipped to Knight Wolfe LLC, Greeley, CO.

Please retain the return tracking number for the package you are sending back to ensure it is delivered to the correct address.

You can expect a refund in the original form of payment used for the purchase, or a check, within 30 days of our receipt of your returned product, provided the product meets the criteria mentioned above.

If a check is issued, it will be mailed to the address provided at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for lost, held, damaged, or unclaimed packages. Once your package has shipped, tracking information will be provided for your convenience. It is your responsibility to monitor delivery dates and arrange for delivery, redelivery, or pickup with your local post office if necessary.
